Project Description
The project is providing preventive support and maintenance for the entire SEED information and communication infrastructure and software modules and services used by Western Balkans six Customs Authorities. The aim is to keep the SEED system in the full running mode.
- SEED system information and communication infrastructure and software modules and services are maintained
- An online tool for recording and management of faults and their resolutions is being created
- Support and Help Desk services is provided
- SEED applications and modules are being improved, as requested by end-users (within business objectives)
- SEED system is in the full running mode 24/7
- SEED system enables special electronic pre-arrival notification of trucks transporting essential goods amid Covid19
