SafeNET d.o.o. was established in 2009, by consultants having 15 years of experience in providing IT consultancy services and delivering software solutions. The company operates in the Southeast Europe, with locations in Sarajevo and Belgrade.
Our company’s structure is made from qualified personnel with key expertise in various aspects of implementation of Projects funded by the European Commission, where main Beneficiaries are government institutions and agencies in the Western Balkan Region. On-site presence, knowledge of all local languages in the Region and familiarity with our Beneficiaries are competitive advantages of our company.

Safenet implements “Joint proposal of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community and the CEFTA Secretariat to facilitate the transport and trade of goods of first necessity within the Western Balkans and between Western Balkans and EU MS”.
The proposal establishes so-called “green corridors” in the WB for the uninterrupted flow of the essential goods (human and animal food – medicines – medical equipment). Pre-arrival information on essential goods are exchanged electronically intra-CEFTA through the System of Electronic Exchange of Data (SEED) which is already in place (Safenet) and supports the exchange of data between the Customs Administrations in CEFTA and they are also be sent to other relevant stakeholders, like sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary inspections.
